Matrix II 955 Nero Freezes on boot up

Been having major issues with my desktop not booting its not quite a year old and it’s a Matrix II 955 Nero. Problem is the pc freezes on boot up when this happens is completely random it can be as soon as I turn it on and the loading ‘ASUS express gate’ screen appears or after I have logged on and its been running fine for an hour or anywhere in between. Once it has frozen I have to do a reboot, and then it freezes again. Tried all the usual stuff and after having this issues for the last 3 months (problem steadily getting worse) and bit the bullet last night and did a reset to factory state, restarted and yep it froze so now at the end of my tether, and help would be appreciated. Managed to get as far as the desktop before it froze this morning.

First thing that i will advise you is to check for the any application that you have recently installed which might be causing the issue with the computer. If there is any the it will be better to uninstall the application. Second thing that come to my mind is virus which is causing the system freeze. As your computer starts freezing after some time then it seems that virus is highly active at that time and causing the issue with the same. So it is better to install the antivirus program into the system and update it with the latest virus definition. Now scan computer and delete the infection.
