How to use an apple Keyword on windows xp

I am planning for Apple Keyboard as my original Dell keyboard just broke do I need a new one. I use my computer mostly for browsing and write stuff. Is this keyword is gaming keyboard? Buttons such as play, next track and stop and CD out are not working. Are there any drivers to get it working? Because I use a lot of music on that computer. I am running windows xp home edition on a five year old dell Dimension.

I am having this apple keyword and I would like to work with windows. I insert the USB cable into windows XP computer and get registered it all and it notice that it is a apple keyboard. It is working fin except some number of keys F13-F15, vol up, vol down, mute and eject. I am using a trial version of AppleK Pro an apple kernel tool driver for windows. But I would like to have a free software or an advice how to map the key right.

Two approaches are possible to connect, operate and use apple keyboard with your computer system.
    1) Installing Bootcamp 1.4 beta
The easiest way under Windows is to download and install version 1.4 beta BootCamp. It allows to use the Apple keyboard properly other than it is still a few bugs, the Apple keyboard is not pretty properly emulated.

    2) Mapping the keyboard:
Mapping of keyboard can be done using Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator.
It is likely to map the keyboard from zero but the option of Apple keyboard is already availabl

Apple keyword works without any drivers bon a windows computer as it is only USB connected keyboard. For the extra keywords you need the apple drivers which are not visible for download. I am not sure if this keyword is qualified as a gaming keyboard and whether you will be happy with typing-feeling it suits me but this is my personal impression. I would suggest you before buying the keyboard go to into an Apple store. They might help you for missing drivers.
