Number pad won't work under bootcamp

I am using Mac Mini and i have installed Boot Camp on this laptop. I have used boot camp for installing Windows XP on this machine. When i boot this laptop from Leopard then there is no problem while using the Number Pad but it does not respond when i use it from the Windows os. What could be the problem with windows here?
