How to remove "English United States" keyboard?

Currently I am using windows 7 and at the location of control panel, to be more precise in the Change keyboards I am able to see only two keyboards are configured and one for English: New Zealand and the other keyboard is configured for Russian. But the problem is that the language bar is showing the third language that is English: United States and I want to remove that or the method for removing it.

According to me you must be able to delete any language that you want to delete. The only thing that is preventing you from doing that if the mentioned language is “Default input language”. It will be better if you go to change keyboards sections, there you can see to sections one is for default input language and the installed services. You must be able to delete any language from the configured services as long as it is not selected.

I have seen multiple times focus on one or the other forums but when I want criteria and start: bugger! One of my users told me that its keyboard is QWERTY when working in Word 2000 (Windows 2000)! No problem in Excel! Its QWERTY keyboard is in (switch possible Systray) in Explorer! No problem with the previous version of Word. So: my guy is left with a QWERTY keyboard in Word 2007! Here is what you said something? I think here might have to do with a keyboard shortcut.

The keyboard shortcut is Ctrl-Shift issue. Personally I turn the English language in the language bar (and I often turns even the language bar at all) to avoid such problems. Is this thing would not cause a keyboard configuration inherent in the application in use? Is there any other solution for the problem I am facing?

I had a case with one of my clients, it was a virus. Is it still possible to run regedit? If not, we must confirm this by CTRL + ALT + DEL that regedit.exe is displayed in the list of processes without actually start. A shot of the killer virus after the process and delete the file regedit.exe which is in windows \ system32 and then it should be resolved.
