Unusual rundll error

When I restart my computer I get a rundll error that says There was a problem starting winjef32.rom The specified module could not be found

I cannot find any info on this file anywhere. I downloaded Free Window Registry Repair and ran it and it didn't fix it.

Can anyone help me out?

The problem which you are facing is due some virus which has infected your operating system. Scan the system with an updated antivirus and check all the files which are infected. Repair or quarantine the files which are infected and check if the problem still persists or not.
