    Macbook 10.6.3 Problems

    Hi,
I have a Macbook system with me. I had just run the software update to upto date my macbook. But after adding the new update 10.6.3 I thought this might be helpful but in contrary my system became unstable. First of all when I was working on iPhoto the thing crashed instantly whenever I try to do something. My DVD burning failed and so on. Does any one has faced the similar issue.

It is right that the new update 10.6.3 has came with some bugs in it. Many users even I had faced slow reboots, freezes and sometime crash issue on the mac system. The major issue lies with the graphic card drivers which has gone bad and now I am not able to restore those all settings back again. The fixes here is not working will update you soon for further issue.

I had heard about the combo updater which are released after this update. For this you have to enter the safe boot to run the update and then majority of issues are being fixed by the this combo updater. This combo updates have multiple updates in it and it is suitable for most of the fixes. You can simply search for this combox updates and then try back.

In my case when run the update my system failed to boot. I tried to boot in single user mode but no progress here. Then I entered in safe mode and repaired file permissions. Anyhow I had managed to make the system run well after lots of quirks. The other issue right now I am facing is Safari crashing on flash sites. The same happens in Firefox.

It is true that the patch which is released may be a problematic. The best option to fix is the Combo update pack which will fix the old firmware back again. I had not applied this pack yet because I fear that the same would spoil my system much. But still I will give a try because any how I had updated my system and now and I am facing similar problem.
