    Windows 7 does not allow DriverPack Solution to start

    DriverPack Solution is a program that greatly simplifies the process of installing drivers by automating the process. The issue is that Windows 7 does not allow DriverPack Solution to start. Actually, it was working fine with Windows Vista, that is the previous operating system that I was using. Now, I have done an upgradation to Windows 7. I am waiting for suitable replies on this topic.

    Following are the operating systems supported by DriverPack Solution:
    • Windows 2000
    • Windows 2003
    • Windows XP
    • Windows Vista Business
    • Windows Vista Enterprise
    • Windows Vista Home Basic
    • Windows Vista Home Premium
    • Windows Vista Starter
    • Windows Vista Ultimate

    As you can see, the Windows 7 operating system is not supported by the software and that is the main reason why Windows 7 does not allow DriverPack Solution to start.

    Start DriverPack Solution forcefully

    There is no need to worry if Windows 7 does not allow DriverPack Solution to start. This is because you can start DriverPack Solution forcefully with the help of the Run as Administrator option. Any program or application in the system can be forced to start with the help of this particular option. I have been able to solve many such issues in my system with Windows 7.
