Services, system restore and safe mode not starting on dell

I am working on XP Media Center and have downloaded some Microsoft updates. I am getting some issues to manage my system and I don't think it is related to the updates.

There are some other observations:

- Booting fine in Normal Mode
- Unable to access Internet
- Tried to perform System Restore but found the error message "System Restore is not able to protect your computer. Please restart ..." Restarting did not help.

Do you all have any suggestion regarding this issue, I didn't saw it earlier. Services, system restore and safe mode not starting on dell Any ideas.....

There is no need to use and run any scans/tools/fixes , you have to hold your curiosity and try to do this steps as follows :

• Double click your Malwarebytes desktop icon
• Click the UPDATE tab at the top
• Scan for and install any updates it finds
• Then choose the SCANNER tab and run a QUICK SCAN
• Post the MBAM log results back to this thread

I think, it is the closely related to the issue of the spy ware attacks and you can do it but I need some more information about this so I can look up for your problems. Do you perform any diagnosis test or anything that you can provide me to consider error information. Would you please post me HJT log file.

I got a long file as a report where you can consider the needed information to figure out my problem. I really appreciate your help if you solved my problem. As you are talking that I am running with the issues of malware and spyware then I don't think sir, it should be the problem but at-least consider on following report attached as a notepad file.

One of the log file DDS is missing which contains necessary information, The first step to heal this situation would be from here :

* Click on Start menu
* Select Control panel
* Then after Add/Remove programs
* look for the following :
