Fn keys still don't work or show on screen after reinstalling Value added package

Hi there, I am having an issue with the function key on my Satellite A500 on which Fn keys still don't work or show on screen after reinstalling Value added package I have downloaded the value added package on the same but after installing the same the problem did not resolve. So need your help to resolve the same. Thanks in advance.

First let me know which Value added package you have downloaded and installed on your system. As if you have installed the right then there is no issue of the Function key exist. So it is better to check that you have downloaded and installed the right one as the there are different version of the same is available for the different devices.

I am not sure which version of the Value added package i have downloaded and installed in my system. Just searched for the same on Google and downloaded. Is there a compatible one is required.
