Where can the Action Center solutions be found

My computer is running Windows 7 operating system. I want to get some information as to where can the Action Center solutions be found because I am having a tough time finding its solutions on the internet. The issue is that whenever any issue is popped up by the Action Center, I try to find its solutions by connecting to the internet. But, I keep getting a message that "Check to make sure your computer is connected to the Internet, and then try to download the solution again later". I am connected to the internet all this time. Kindly provide some help immediately.
