Windows 7 Media center running out of memory when asleep

I am using a custom made desktop installed with windows 7 ultimate edition. I have made certain settings to my computer , it gets to sleep mode when kept idle for certain minutes. But when i try to wake it by pressing the keyboard keys and moving mouse. It does not wakes up so i had to take help from the task manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del. Some times it even results an error message that states "Windows 7 Media center running out of memory when asleep"

Most probably this situation occurs whenever your VGA drivers are not installed properly and hence in order to solve this error you will have to uninstall all the existing drivers and then reinstall them again on your system. This re-installation of drivers will definitely help you to get rid of this problem.

Thanks for the reply but the suggestion which you gave me did not helped me at all. I uninstalled all the drivers that were installed on my system. Then finally i re installed all the drivers and rebooted the system . But after the re installation too the problem still existed . Any other ideas to solve this problem.

I have this similar problem in the past with my media center too. So i also researched for a solution to this problem and finally i got a solution to this problem by simply swapping the HDMI and the VGA cable. I think you should also swap both these cables in order to make it work again properly.

This is because your system is infected with a virus so it would be better if you try to install a suitable antivirus application on your system it will definitely help you to get rid of it. I would recommend you to install the AVG antivirus which is also available freely. Install it on your system and then update the virus definition before starting the scan.

It appears as your system files have been corrupted somewhat so the best possible solution to get rid of this problem is to restore your system back to a restore point where your system was working absolutely fine without a single error. If this does not do the trick then try to install the operating system cleanly once again.
