Hey why you have installed Click to Flash in your computer. There is no need to install such kind of application in your computer to play online video. You can directly play all type of youtube video directly by using your safari browser. To get rid out of this problem, you have to remove that Click to Flash from your computer. Just drag that "Click to Flash" application and just drop it into Trash for uninstalling.

I also have installed Click to Flash in my computer and I don't have problem with it. It has features like it Flash only when you want it, view blocked Flash with just one click, It play videos in QuickTime, not Flash, It allow Flash on certain websites, it browse the web more quickly, It browse the web longer on your laptop, browse the web quietly and cooly, it download updates when they're ready. I think there must be some other problem.

If you are getting problem like "Installer could not install files in /tmp" then you have to use following steps. This is a known problem with pre-release versions of 1.4 and 1.5. To fix it, open the Terminal (located in the Applications folder), and type in the following command, followed by a return:

    sudo pkgutil --forget com.github.rentzsch.clicktoflash.pkg

A password may be required. If it asks for your password, type it in , and then press return again.
You may also see this error after issuing the aforementioned Terminal command:
No receipt for 'com.github.rentzsch.clicktoflash.pkg' found at '/'
Don't worry, that's OK. ClickToFlash should now install normally.

If the installer is giving you troubles, and you're running under a non-admin user, type the following terminal command, followed by a return:

    su admin_user -c 'touch /Library/Receipts/ClickToFlash.pkg'

replacing "admin_user" with the short user name of an admin user. You will need to enter a password as well, and then type return again. Now attempt ClickToFlash installation again.

From your information it seems that there is some problem in your Click to Flash software. It may get corrupted or get damaged and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to either upgrade your software or you have to re-install this software to fix this problem. First try to upgrade your software. If it will not solve your problem then install new version of it.
