Cannot install Rapidshare Search Tool in Windows 7

Rapidshare Search Tool is a software that helps to search Share links on the internet. The issue is that I cannot install Rapidshare Search Tool in Windows 7. I was using this same tool in my system previously installed with Windows Vista operating system. I cannot understand why I am facing this problem now. Is this because of the operating system that I have upgraded to? All possible comments and suggestions are welcome.
