NFS Clock09 1.1 not able to install under Windows 7

Hello. I have desktop machine that is been installed with Windows 7 installed as the operating system. I have downloaded NFS Clock09 1.1 application in order to make the desktop more attractive and interactive. But I am not able to install the application. I have no clue why am i notable to do that. Please help me out. Thank you.

It could be that the administrator might have blocked the rights to install any application the system. You can make the rights to be granted by login to the system using the admin account. If you do not know the password for the same then it needs to create a new account from the control panel and then use the user account option and fill the parameters also then under the manage account option choose type as admin account.
