Web Touch 1.0.0 not able to work with Windows 7

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 as the operating system. I have installed Webtouch 1.0.0 application to the system. The problem is that I am not able to work with the application as it is not able to execute. I do not know why is this happening? Please help me out so that I can work out with the same. Thank you.

The issue could be associated with the compatibility feature. It would be that the application is not able to cope up with the system. You can check out for the update or the add on support that would enable the application to support in the Windows 7. Check out for the compatibility center of Microsoft or to the manufacturer of the application. This would enable you to work out for the same.

It would better that you make the system to work under Windows XP operating system. It is that the application will work out without any problem in Windows Xp as it supports many of the softwares. As Windows 7 been highly sophisticated software application it is that many of the software is not able to work out with thing. So use Windows Xp to execute the program or check out for the supported addon.

Performing a clean boot would make the thing to work out then accurately. Follow the steps as given below:

* Click on the start button.
* Type msconfig in the searchbox and then hit enter.
* Under the selective startup tab choose Hide all Microsoft services.
* Disable the services.
* Restart the system.

This should then allow to make the application to work well under safe mode as it do not have advanced feature enabled to the system.
