What steps I can do to repair my windows in safe mode. Recently I had installed antivirus in my computer. I am using windows vista. The system crashed down and cause error. Anyhow I had managed to take backup in a USB in safe mode. If I boot in normal mode again the PC restarts. I need some solution to fix it.
