I do not think that VISCOM DVD Author ActiveX OCX SDK is compatible with Windows 7, since the operating systems that are supported by this software are as follows:
    • Windows 95
    • Windows 98
    • Windows ME
    • Windows 2000
    • Windows 2003
    • Windows XP

When you try to run this software in Windows 7 after installation, it may not start, even if the installation will complete successfully.

Re: Is VISCOM DVD Author ActiveX OCX SDK compatible with Windows 7

Since, Windows 7 has problems like VISCOM DVD Author ActiveX OCX SDK incompatible with Windows 7, it is suggested by many experts to quit installation or upgradation to Windows 7. The main reason for this advice is the incompatibility issues in the system. Another reason is that Windows XP and Windows Vista have no such problems and they work fine, then why do the upgradation. Windows 7 is built on the same old infrastructure and then too it is costly than the other operating systems available in the market.
