xp wont boot even in safe mode

hi,
i woke this morning n comp. pc is a emachine w3502. wont boot xp it tried to load n i do get the xp logo then safe mode screen. I tried all options without ne success. i tried to bypass auto restart nothing. i do have the restore disk that came with the comp but when recover screen comes up all i get is plz wait. if u could help that would be great

It will scroll n it stops @AgpCPQ. i tried to bypass auto restart. i get this tech info not sure if it will help stop: 0x00000024 (ox00190203, 0x82F2CAE0, 0XC0000102, 0X00000000. i do have the restore disk that came with the comp but when recover screen comes up all i get is plz wait. if u could help that would be great

You can use the utility disc of Windows Xp and make the repair process to execute. This will help you out in making the things to work out fine. Insert the disc and then let the process start by installation process. Then proceed further by accessing to the repair feature.
