A Panel present in System Preferences allows you to set some significant aspects of the process of opening up Mac OS X. It is the Panel Accounts. This tab lets you specify which items (lets take the priority applications) open at the opening of your session. Simply click on the "+" button to pick up and add the items you want to open automatically at the start of your session.

Some applications or components can move automatically in this window, for such applications needs to be activated from the start ; If so, do not rush to remove them from this list, the risk of making a particular application ineffective. This can be particularly Magic Menu included in Stuffit Deluxe or Antispam Engine if you use the software Antispam X.

You can change the order to open these items by dragging and placing them in the order you like. The buttons Hide can hide applications at the opening session (so you do not even see the application open). Then the tab Password allows you to configure identity and image of connection that will appear during the login at startup SNOW LEOPARD.

In the password tab it is that image that will appear at the opening of your session in the window asking you to enter your password. You will then be enough to start your session, click on the image and then enter your password in the appropriate box. If not then you will not be able to log in and get access to a page. So it is necessary that you must configure the same properly. You can choose an image from the list displayed by clicking the small white triangle that appears in sliding your mouse cursor on frame image.

You can also opt for greater customization by choosing a picture of identity of yourself. Just in this case, drag and drop a photo ID under image in the window. By connecting a webcam you can even take away a picture of yourself and the using it as the opening image. But please do not drag a photo of several MB or having a too high resolution. A resolution of 72 ppi and a size of about 57x64 pixels is more than enough.
