    I think you have updated you system and that is why you are getting this error on your computer. So, just remove that particular updates from your computer and you will able to get the solution for your problem. So, just do it and solve this problem. I had also got the same error one of the time when I update my computer. So, I will suggest you to turn off your online update.

    This error is occurring to you due to the problem of Microsoft update. So, you need to remove updates from your computer. For that you can perform system restore and restore your system before the updation date. Or you can run the command given below and simply remove that particular update which is causing the problem.
    Code:
    MsiExec.exe /uninstall {B148AB4B-C8FA-474B-B981-F2943C5B5BCD}

    I am having a simply solution for solving the Ogaexec.exe error at startup. You just need to remove the files associated with this error from your computer. So, move to the path of windows/sys32 and remove the following files from the computer:
    • OGAAddin.dll
    • OGACheckControl.dll
    • OGAEXEC.exe

    You can also just move this files to another place and solve your problem.

    I had same problem. Rather than delete files I just modified their names to include -old eg OGAAddin.dll-old that way Windows won't recogonize them and also if something went wrong I could just go back and rename them.

    After I did this I restart XP and problem solved/fixed.

    Thanks for helps and thanks to person how asked the question in the first place.
