    Unable to Find mousecntl32.exe

    Hi, while starting my computer today I got the error of the file named as mousecntl32.exe. Then I click on the Ok button and for that time solve my problem. Then I come to know that the mousecntl32.exe file is missing. I am able to work on my computer though this file is missing. But, Whenever I start my computer or log off and login again I am getting same error. So, if you have any solution with it then please help me to solve this exe problem.

    For solving your problem with the mousecntl32.exe you need to follow the steps below:
    • First insert the Windows xp cd in your computers drive.
    • Then click on the start button and then click on Run.
    • Now type the command as msconfig.
    • Now by going to startup you need to uncheck the items which are mentioning that file name.

    You can solve your problem with the help of following steps:
    • Insert the Windows xp cd in your drive.
    • Now search for the file name as mousecntl32.exe in that.
    • When you find this file copy that file to the location mentioned below:
      c:\windows\sysrem32\mousecntl32.exe
    • Now restart the system.
    • Done.

    Hey, same error here. Whenever I start my computer first I get the following error:
    Cannot run/find c:\windows\sysrem32\mousecntl32.exe. Check to see if it exisists of delete reg entry which it refers To?
    How does this error can be solved? If anyone has an idea then please give me solution regarding this.

    You can solve your problem by simply making download for this file from internet and then copying that file to the path of the system32. You just need to type the name of file in Google and then ask for download. You will able to get this file and then just download it and copy it. It will solve your problem. After copying this file just restart your computer.

    For solving this problem use the steps below:
    1. Go to Start and Run msconfig.
    2. Now go to the startup tab and uncheck any item that mentions that file.
    3. Restart your computer.
    4. If you still get the same error then check for the Registry Editor.
