Hey it is because of a Spyware which is installed on your computer. And an option to this is to scan your system with Anti-Virus or Spyware software.
And once you are done with the scan then check if you still get the same error.
You need to restart your system for changes to take effect.

Even after running a Anti virus or Spyware software, there are chances that those files might be in the "Startup Folder". Because even after running the anti virus if they get detected and then deleted then too there are chances that they might still be there.
Go to Start, then click on Run and type in the following command "msconfig".
A new window will come up. Now search for a tab called Startup. Now in the list if you see that file then unchecking will only prevent it from starting up.
To remove it completely you will have to go into registry and make some changes and delete them from registry.
Following it the command that is required to delete the entry from registry.
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run]

You can surely use msconfig to disable all the startup items which are not required or which are unnecessary and are using your important resources and memory. And to just stop the error message from displaying it and loading it while start up. Since it is already not loading, so disabling the start up entery would stop the error message from appearing.
