    How to prevent windows asking for the password after the sleep mode?

    Hello, I am going through a problem which irritates me every time and i am not finding any solution to get rid of that. So finally i have posted the same here to find the solution of the same. The problem is that whenever i come up from the stand by or the sleep mode my computer ask for the password which is some time frustrating. So help me with solution so that next it wont ask for the password. Thanks

    Hey you did not specified the operating system which you are using for you personal or the business use. If you are using the Windows 7 then you can make it easily as this OS make the whole thing easier. To make that change you have to visit the power option in the control panel and then to the "Require a password on wake up link". This will make your OS for the change of the password and guide you further. Thank you

    Hey, You can use the facility provided by the the windows to make the change about the same to work. Here i am giving you the step to change the notification of the sleep mode for the password asking after every time coming from the sleep mode.
    • Click on the Start.
    • Then to the control panel
    • And go to the Require a password on wake up which will appear on the left side.
    • Then click the “Change settings that are currently unavailable” link
    • Now click on the Don’t require a password.
    • Thats it.

    Hi there, If you are using the windows xp operating system the you have to do the same with another. You have to go to the control panel and then to the power option and then to the advance option tab. Now you will two check box, unchecked the "Prompt for password when computer resumes from standby”.. Thats all i can help you. Say thanks if you liked the idea.

    Hi there, If you are using the Windows Vista for your system then i can help you. Just follow the below given step to solve your query and enjoy the change. I hope it will work for you.

    1. Go to the Control Panel.
    2. Then to the Power option and look for the power plan and select one.
    3. Now click on the Change plan setting link
    4. Then to the Change advance power setting link
    5. Afterward hit the Change settings that are currently unavailable link
    6. Now make the change in the Require a password on wakeup. And its done

    Just do the following which will guide you through the process for changing the password option. Just go through it and see the changes. Say thanks if you liked it

    • Here you will find the power option just click on that
    • Then go to the advance tab
    • Here you have to unchecked the Prompt for password when computer resumes from standby
    • And that is how you can do it
