vista startup problem

i have been trying to start windows vista ,however when i try to log in after clicking my user account which is an administrator account i get a message...""Windows Security. You cannot perform the requested operation because the system is not initialized properly. Please try again or contact your system administrator on vista startup.'""
please guide me as to how to start vista
the system starts normally in safe mode and i have no restore points to restore my system to earlier time..i have a vista recovery disk which i made..
