Right-click in Windows with Bootcamp

Hi,

How can I get the right mouse button in Boot Camp with Window XP to work? I tried all the key combinations I know and can not find out how. Is there an option somewhere that must be activated?

I often have my MacBook Pro connected to an external mouse and keyboard and two-button mouse like most standard computer mice. MacBook Pro, however, it is only a mouse button. To right-click:
