Blue Screen with event ID 4108

I just had a blue screen when launching a game, after 30 sec. It is the first time I have the computer on which this game was installed. No problem of overheating but I wonder if it is not my hard drive:

    It says to restart windows:

    Problem signature:
    Event Name problem: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3
    Event ID: 4108

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini102109-01.dmp
    C:\Users\KALIDA\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-44631-0.sysdata.xml
    C:\Users\KALIDA\AppData\Local\Temp\WER1B8B.tmp.version.txt

It may be the problem of ram, if any?

Also, is that viruses that can cause this kind of bluescreen or it is rather hardware in your opinion?

What OS? What happens in the device manager? Why not exploit the file minidump. Also are the drivers updated? (chipset, graphics card ...) And besides this, it would be good if you put the description of your complete configuration. However you can start by testing your memory with memtest.

Thanks for your reply. I am running Windows Vista 64 bit, and I do not know how to use the minidump. I even tried disabling "SuperFetch" under Vista but still no go. I think my memory timings are too cramped and so will try a memory test to see if it fixes the problem.

You can use some of the Debugging Tools for Windows to debug drivers, applications, and services on systems that are running Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, or Windows Server 2008. You can also use Debugging Tools for Windows to debug the operating system itself.
