Services.exe Application Error Problem

Hi!!
I am using Windows 2003 Server edition as Operating System with SP2 on my IBM Server.
when i am trying to shutdown a message pops up
Services.exe - Application error
The exemption unknown softwareexception occured in the application at location 0x77e4bee7.

Help me to rectify this error...
