Cannot Install Ubuntu 9.10 beta

Hey guys, i have a problem, i cannot Install Ubuntu 9.10 beta on my computer i don't know what the problem is, when i boot with ubuntu's cd, it reaches loading kernel and then reboots, i don't know whats wrong. please help...

Change the CD, the cd seems to be corrupt to me. If you have another CD for the same, try it out, Or try out this CD in some other machine, your CD-Rom can be corrupt. Also see if the image that you downloaded is not corrupt... Do post back...

Check your RAM, the memory fault can cause this. I feel the problem lies with the memory as it doesn't show any error and while the kernel is loading into memory your computer reboots, so this makes sense, change the RAM and try again...

First check if the CD is not corrupt, check the CD and the downloaded image as well, Did you verify the MD5 of the iso image that you downloaded? Do it first, that may be the problem, if this is ok, then carry on with the rest of the troubleshooting... Just an advice...
