    Popwire WMV-9 Component 2.0

    Popwire WMV-9 Component makes it possible to view, encode and import Windows Media 9 content from QuickTime based products such as: iMovie, Discreet Cleaner and Final Cut Pro.

    Extensions WMV 9 also available on Macs with Intel through Popwire. The new Macs gain the ability to access multimedia content with the format proposed by Microsoft, which was secured content previously only on computers with PowerPC.

    The minimum system requirements are:
    • Apple G4 or higher or Mac with Intel
    • Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher for PowerPC
    • Mac OS X 10.4.5 or higher for Intel
    • 256 MB RAM
    • QuickTime Pro 6.5.2 or higher for PowerPC
    • QuickTime Pro 7 or higher for Intel

    Popwire also recognizes the need for a proper Windows Media viewer application on the Macintosh, and this is why our evaluation version of WMV Component 2 lets you import and view Windows Media content without any limitations. Exporting content is however unlimited for licensed users only.
