Does Snow Leopard include Anti-Virus?

I am planning to buy a mac, and i need your opinion, I will be buying an intel mac. The question is do i buy a mac with OS X leopard or OS X Snow Leopard? Which one is better? I have heard that there is an antivirus included with Mac OS X Snow Leopard. Does Snow Leopard include Anti-Virus? Or is it just rumors. As far as i know there are no viruses for Mac so why an antivirus? Please help guys...

As far as i know Apple Mac OS X Snow Leopard has a firewall, i don't know anything about the anti-virus... Do post if you guys have any idea...

I don't believe you, the mac systems are built in such a way that no viruses exist till date for Mac, so how will they build an anti-virus software? Thats not at all possible...

Well if you are using Mac OS then you must know 1 thing that its not widely used OS platform. The windows platform is mostly targeted by viruses since its used by a wide range of audience. So for mac the threats are comparatively nothing but still there is firewall with latest mac OS like this one. So why shout so much if the Anti-virus is included?

There are very rare attacks of viruses in Mac.

Macs don't usually get viruses. I'm on Mac, and I've never dealed with such problems (considering the fact the only "anti-virus software" I use ProteMac Netmine)
