It is real hard for a mac to get infected but if you want to check You can check for spyware on mac by using ClamXav, it is a free virus checker for Mac OS X. There are several Spyware and Adware software capable of infesting Mac, and every Mac user should take a look at the Adware and Spyware removal programs like Norton Internet Security, which is use as mac spyware protection. In regard to spyware detection, Aladdin Internet Cleanup is also good option.
