Need to restore sound on my computer

Hello Good morning,

My Windows Xp computer became fatal.some thing happened with it's sound
and me have no longer any audio sound on my Windows XP computer.am failed to discover what is wrong with it. I just want to restore what I already had. The audio that was on the computer did not cost me anything but it seems everything I click on they want money.When visit control panel and click on sounds and audio devices, it gives no audio device and everything is grayed out .i need a assistance from your end please help me...

I think you better go for a system Restore it's because of some recent changes on your computer it happened so i consider restore must be a good idea for this On the Select a Restore Point page, click the most recent system checkpoint before you had this error or a few days before that and then click Next. A System Restore message may display that lists configuration changes that System Restore will make and do the action

Friend,may be it's wrong with your sound card driver have your checked it??if not just do it.if possible update your drivers for the audio device when i had this problem i just did the same and now it is working pretty fine

All right...this kind of problem my best solution is the system restore in order to gain your sound back to normal because i had my sound drivers unload themselves in XP home edition before, what I did was go to all programs>accessories>system tools>system restore.and i set a point where my computer was fine..and my system is ok...
