Windows 2003 SBS R2 MMC Issue

We are using Windows 2003 SBS R2 Standard and after fixing the hard drive firmware issue I am now putting all the pieces of the operating system back together. The main issue I am having trouble with now is that when I go to "Licensing" it says that it "Could not create the snap in". When the system was first installed it worked without an issue but after crashing a few times (HDD firware issue) it now informs me of the snap in issue. Does anyone know a fix to this so I do not have to reinstall the entire operating system or even create any downtime in the servers daily functioning now that it is in full force?

Re: Windows 2003 SBS R2 MMC Issue

Run MSCONFIG > click Tools Tab > select Disable UAC > click Launch button> Reboot. You can now add your snap-in .another way to resolve this issue, register the Windows Server 2003 management tools on a domain user account. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Log on to Windows Vista as a user who has local administrator permissions.
    2. Create the RegisterAdminPak.cmd script. To do this, follow these steps:
    1. Start Notepad, and then open a blank document.
    2. Paste the following code to the document in Notepad:
    check here
