To set password after hibernation right click on the desktop > properties > click on "screen saver" then click on "power" at the bottom > then the window will display with multiple tab select "advanced" button at the top then there should be a check box that you can tick that says "prompt for password when computer resumes from standby" then click ok.

Open up your control panel and select power options. After opening up power options, you will see the tab named "advanced". Click on the advance button, it will display check box that has options for hibernate mode, whether it should always show the icon in the taskbar or if it should prompt for a password when the computer resumes from stand by.
