CCC exe problem.

Everytime my computer shuts down a screen comes up saying CCC exe is not responding. but i dont understand why. Also, my task bar freezes and says not responding and im not sue if its due to the catalyst program(ccc). does anyone know whats causing this or how i can fix it???

When you download the new CCC progrm on that website given do you know which driver or software you have to use?? i have a 64 bit vista and im not sure what to exactly sure what to do here http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

I'm using XP 64 and when I installed the latest version it stated that I had to have Netframework installed for it to work.
