How can i reboot my computer

I would like to know that is it possible to reboot a computer without a cd. I would like start it all over again after rebooting my computer. So, can any body tell me that how can i reboot my computer? What i need to do it? Kindly provide me the correct solution for the above issue. Would be grateful to you, if any body provides me the correct information on the aboev issue.

Yes, so for that do i need to get a disc? What if i don't have the Windows disc with me? Then how can i do so? Kindly let me know your views on teh above issue.

I think your computer should have came with a restoration disc in it. Try to find out that particular disc, then you need to insert that particular disc into your cd rom drive and just need to rebootyour system. After that you need to just follow the instructions on the screen. This will help you to erase everything on your hard drive and return to it's normal state.

If you just mean restart your system, then you need to go to your Start menu where you can either select shut down computer or can click on restart.

If you just want to reset the computer to a previous state, then you can do it through your system restore. It will only allow you to do so if a restore point has been made on your pc. You will able to find it out in the restore center in Your Windows.

It would be lot easier to do it, if you have a Windows cd with you. Then you would just need to insert the cd in your cd drive and then need to reboot your system. Then you need to go in to the BIOS and set it to the boot from the cd first. After that your system should boot of the cd and the installation process should get start on your pc.
