    Hello,

Here is my problem of opening my Toshiba pc, I have always an error message and I do not know where to go to fix this error.

It says, "The entry point of procedure LCID To locale name is found in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL"

    Hello,

You have difficulty noted the error, because "LCID To locale name" is not referenced.

But no matter, you should try this:
    - You press the F8 key at startup to get the advanced boot options
    - There should be the "Repair your computer" if it is, you selected the leader in you with the up and down arrows on your keyboard and you follow the procedure.

If this does not solve the problem, you try this:
    - You press the F8 key at startup to get the advanced boot options
    - Then you select "Safe Mode"
    - The startup is longer than normal and you do not worry the appearance of your desktop (Windows has started with the minimum of drivers and services)
    - Look in you and you tapes rstrui.exe valid
    - You carry out a system restore to an earlier date, select the "Choose a different date in order to select a point where your system was functioning properly.

Toscdspd.exe is the process, that is installed on a laptop brand Toshiba. It appears as an icon (representing a CD) in the Windows notification area (right of the taskbar). Right click on this icon allows you to choose between a "Quiet Mode" and "Normal Mode".

The first mode is used to slow the speed of my CD / DVD. It helps to reduce the noise caused by the rotation of the CD when the transfer rate is not important, for example to play music in good conditions.

The "Normal mode", it allows a normal speed of the drive. This mode can be used, inter alia, to install applications or transfer données.Vous can, if you want to uninstall this tool. The reader will then still in normal speed.
