    How to install .net framework 2.0 in Vista 64-bit with SP1

    I have some applications that won't install on my computer. I have Windows Vista SP1 64-bit. Some application will install but won't work, They tell me to install .net framework 2.0. What is it used for? How do i install it? Please Help...!

    Some applications do require .Net Framework 2.0 and some newer applications require .Net Framework 3.5. You can download those softwares from microsoft's official website. Also you will need to download C++ redistribution. Don't take changes, download it too..

    From where do i download those softwares? Can you please provide me with the link for the same? It would be really helpful.. I really need to make my applications to work. All my work is screwed up because of that! Please help!
