0x85010004 for single user on sbs2003

Hi

I have an SBS2003 server with one windows mobile user that get an 0x85010004 on sync.
I am able to log on to /oma with alle users, and other users can sync as well as other user can sync from that same PDA.

Any suggestions? :-)

Try making the following changes to the ISA Server:

1. Open ISA Server Manager
2. Click on Firewall Policy under the computer name.
3. Click on your Mail Publishing rule.
4. Right Click and select Properties
5. Click on the Paths tab
6. Add to your list of OWA paths the following three
/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync/*
/oma/*
/exchange-oma/*
7. Click Apply and commit the changes to ISA
