Upgrade of Seven towards Vista

some questions please

A little information to start:

I am under Vista OEM, and not DVD installation, on the other hand I have 14 GB of Acronis images!

On C => 70 GB => Vista BASIC

On D => 125 GB => Sauvegarde

On E => 30 GB => Seven ultimate

My questions:

I would like the nearest exit of the SP2 for Vista to make a Acronis image of my partition C.

Then the idea is to format E and to remove the dual boot, this operation being made I wish to install Seven in the place of Vista (a setting day)

Thus if I included/understood well, I start Vista and put the DVD Seven in the reader then I will seek the setup and I launch this one???

The set up will propose an update or an installation to me by crushing Vista (and thus will lose my programs)???

And to finish, at the end of Seven I could restorer my image Acronis Vista+SP2????

Yes, it is, and you choose “updated”, it thus will transform your Vista into Windows 7

By making an update you do not lose your programs. You do not lose anything.

If you restore on C: you crush the MAJ which you have just made

at the end of this copy of Seven which is limited in time ..... I will give Vista to sell the PC because I intend assemble of them one with Seven RTM installed with the DVD which I intend to buy
