Which is the best OS among Windows Xp and Vista?

Hello everyone,

Can any one tell that which operating system is the best among Windows Xp and Vista? As i'm planning to buy a new computer for my daughter, i want to know that which one is the best, that i can install on my daughter's new computer. Please, let me know your views about the best operating system.

I would suggest you to go with Window Vista.

I would suggest you to go with Windows Xp, as it requires less memory and it's fast and easy to use. For running Window Vista on your system you should have at least 1 Gb memory in your system. It's also difficult to operate as it functionality is different from Window Xp. Window Xp works smoothly and any one can use it.

Windows Vista looks nice as compare to Windows Xp. But performance wise, i would go for Windows Xp rather then going for Windows Vista. Windows Xp works better than Vista.
