• Basically Youtubes preferred file formats are AVI, mpeg4 (divx, xvid SVQ3), .MOV, and .WMV,
  
• They have reoslutions 640x480, 24fps or higher.
  
• Premiere outputs a 320x240 adobe flash video and doesnt let you change it, further more it uploads as an adobe flash file, but youtube reads that it will not accept adobe flash files, it only processes/converts the above file formats mentioned to stream through the flash player interface...
