Black screen with a message on windows vista

hello,
I have a friend who bought a brand new computer, installed it to Orange, then installed antivirus Orange and therefore that i should seek to restart the computer! After reboot, the screen is black with the following message: C: \ windows \ system32 \ config \ systemprofile \ desktop is not accessible and windows can not be started

I think the problem is the virus which should not have damaged essential files. The only thing to do would be to make its compensation system and hope that your friend made a backup of the windows after its installation.

Yes I believe that it is a virus that is causing such problem to you. Get yourself a good antivirus. If you want to uninstall any previous anti-virus then see this guide: How to Uninstall Antivirus and Firewalls
