Problem In Vista

there is problem in my computer it start properly but there are some problem while accessing different folder it unable to open it doesn't load .the folder are password protected i have to restart the computer 2-3 times it start properly in safe mode only

So, does anybody have any idea that I can sort this out, I will be SO grateful! Thank you very much!

What was the last thing your installed before it failed to boot. Try removing it in safe mode.
