Secure Operating System for accessing web server

i want to know which one is secure os while accessing web server?
is that windows 95/98?

If you are thinking of allowing others on the Internet to access your web server while it is running on Windows 95/98/ME, think again. The operating system is not secure, and opening your system to the world is asking for trouble.i hope you understand. (I think you should go for linux for eg. redhat )
