    boot.ini is invalid, need help

For about two weeks I have found the following message on my computer: "file boot.ini is invalid, boot from c:\windows ...". My PC starts after that and I suspect there is a problem of virus. Do anyone have any solutions or know about it?

    Thank you for your response.
Normally if your boot.ini is invalid it means that it can not find your OS and so that it can not launch the OS. So, that is what I think?

If your boot.ini is invalid, then it means that something (worth) has slipped in the boot.ini, to try to run when the system, but it can not. So we must see what is inside (Property System / Advanced / parameters of damage and recover or modify system startup) and see if there is something "abnormal" and that I can not tell you too, because it depends on your system.
