Black screen started, when I selected vista as a system.

I now have a problem since last week, and it's pretty annoying. Let me explain, when I start my PC, I have a black screen, which is called "boot manager," so I choose my operating system , Or on my PC that I have windows vista, so I am obliged to tap into choosing "microsoft windows vista" to arrive at the opening session.
Knowing that in the course of the week I did a manipulation that I thought were good and that solved the problem namely: panel => system => advanced system => do in the new window that opens the unchecked case "show operating system for ..." . .

Could someone help me resolve this problem?

In the same window where you made your change, do you also unchecked the 2nd check "Show options recovery ..." ?

Does the boot manager gives you a 2nd choice? What is it?
