WiFi turns on and off by itself in Hp Hdx16t mediasmart

I am using Hp Hdx16t mediasmart and it has been just a week from the day i have bought it and the problem that i am facing is that the WiFi turns on and off by itself and this happens often, i have found that the Wireless button goes on and off as well as the Bass and treble will go up and down. I am really not able to detect the cause of the same. so i wanted to know that is there anyone who has faced the same and has an idea about it and can help me out as well. Any help regarding this will be appreciated.

I am having the same problem and now it is making me think that it is a common issue because i have found a no of people having the same problem when i was searching out a solution to sort this problem but then i have not got any success yet. I am using the same and even i have found that the wireless button on the mediasmart bar goes on and off, automatically and i have found the same with the terrible and the bass but then even i am unaware of the cause of it. If there is anyone who has an solution for it then please share it will be highly appreciated.

Even i am facing the same problem with the Hdx16t mediasmart and even i have not found an effective solution for the same, i have also tried to contact the hp support but then they just suggested me to upgrade the driver and the bios as well and even after doing the same i am not able to solve it out. It is just not making any difference. For now i have not found any fix for the same but then have just changed the setting of the Treble/Bass/Volume to the low in order to avoid them at least.

I was facing the same problem but then i just wanted to share that this issue with the media smart bar is because of the static electricity but then i am not that sure about the same. I had just removed the power cord and battery and after that i had hold down on the power button in order to drain the residual off the laptop and after doing the same the problem seems to be solved and now i am not having the same problem with the wifi,Treble/Bass/Volume etc. I will suggest you to try out the same and see if it is making any difference or not.Best of luck.
