question how to take data storage and back up automatically ?

We have LAN with one server and 50 nodes. The nodes are being used by our office staff for their routine work. Each user generates data either by using MS Office, Tally accounting and ERP software. Though directed, our users forget to take daily backup on their respective nodes and subsequently stores the data on server. We need a software which forcefully stores user data on server and takes automatic daily backup of data stored on server. Can somebody suggest the software.

You can get something like the GRBackPro backup software that is a data backup program that lets you define multiple backup sessions with each having a different option and multiple tasks. Any task can save an entire disk, one file or several files. Save Options are: full, incremental and differential. You can compress your files using standard ZIP format and also protect them. A built-in scheduler lets you run your backup automatically. GRBackPro supports network hard drives, CD-RW as well as any other removable hard drives. GRBackPro includes a log file where it automatically stores all program activities.
