While scanning Bitdefender doesn’t detect Ms Removal Tool Virus

I am having computer which runs running windows 7 operating system. Recently I have installed Bitdefender antivirus security program on my computer. I have put my system on scan and it doesn’t detect any virus from my computer, but I guess my computer is infected with MS removal tool virus. Now as it doesn’t detect this virus, does anyone know how to remove the same from my computer or tell me some other removal tool for solving the problem?

As you are using Bitdefender antivirus and its main function is to detect such kind of virus. If the antivirus is not detecting that virus, then I would suggest you to try to go to safe mode of your operating system. When you boot with this mode and then perform the scan in order to detect that virus then I guess Bitdefender would probably detect that one. This is possible because when you boot with your computer then virus hides itself and thus Bitdefender is not able to detect the same.

If even in safe mode, Bitdefender is not detecting the MS removal tool virus then check that you are using a updated version of antivirus. In order to make Bitdefender effective so that it detects all possible virus on your computer you need to update it. When you start your Bitdefender screen then just perform update and thus the update files from Bitdefender official site would get on your computer and after this it would be able to detect those again.

I have searched over internet in order to get information regarding the MS removal tool virus. Such virus usually enters into the computer from internet and the main specialty of this virus is that it is programmed in such a way that it hides itself and thus popular antivirus software’s are not able to detect the same. It is called polymorphic virus which is invisible from certain AV software as it changes its behavior every time and it also changes it location from time to time.

I think that Bitdefender is not able to detect this virus because this virus would have edited its important system files. This is possible because these malicious malwares have ability to change many system files in order to infect the important files. You should uninstall this Bitdefender program so that all its files would be removed and then again make a fresh install of this security program and then check whether it is detecting that virus.

Definitely you need to take quick action in order to remove this virus, so just navigate to registry editor, and then go to certain path where you would find Bitdefender configuration files. So just remove all these files from your computer, after this installs your antivirus again. This technique would help you to solve your problem, if just reinstalling doesn’t help you and basically you to need to go to the core part where actually settings of Bitdefender have been modified by this malware.

There are some utilities which you can say remover tool and you just need to download that in order to remove the same from your computer. You need to query Rkill in Google and you would find numerous sites saying to download that. So just download that and run it. I have found that this MS remover tool blocks you from downloading this utility so if you facing such thing then you boot using safe mode and then try to download the same. I guess this would probably remove this virus from your computer.
